Call or text
Check what's available this week — units turn over fast. A real person answers, in English or Spanish.

See the unit
Walk in during office hours or set a time. You see the actual unit you'd rent, not a model.

Bring your documents
Photo ID, proof of income (pay stubs or a job letter), and voucher paperwork if you have one.
4
Screen and move in
Screening usually comes back within a business day. Pay $1,275 and pick up your keys.
What we check
✓ Government-issued photo ID
✓ Verifiable income, or a Housing Choice Voucher
✓ Background screening on every adult applicant
✓ Rental history when available
Every application gets the same screening — that's part of what keeps the property good to live in. Not sure if you'd qualify? Call and ask before you apply — it costs nothing.
