Quiet hours

Posted quiet hours every night. Music and gatherings are fine — just not through your neighbor's wall.

Parking

Park in your assigned space; guests use marked visitor spots. Inoperable vehicles can't stay on the lot.

Trash

Bagged and in the dumpsters — not beside them. It keeps pests away and the grounds clean for everyone.

Guests

Guests are welcome. Anyone staying longer than a visit needs to be on the lease — it protects you too.

The full house rules are in your lease packet — ask the office for a copy anytime, in English or Spanish.
