The Abram St corridor, from someone who lives on it.
Silver Bell sits at 3232 E Abram St, two minutes from Hwy 360. Here's what that actually means day to day.
On the street
Abram St is a working corridor — grocery stores, taquerias, laundromats, and dollar stores within a few blocks, so most errands don't need the highway. When you do need it, Hwy 360 is a two-minute drive and I-30 is just up the road.
The stadium district — AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and the hotels and restaurants around them — is ten minutes west. A lot of our residents work there, at the GM Arlington plant, or at UTA and the hospital district.

Getting around without a car
Arlington doesn't run fixed-route buses — it runs Via, an on-demand rideshare you book from your phone for a few dollars a trip. It picks up along Abram St and covers most of the city, including UTA and the entertainment district.
Schools
The property is zoned to Arlington ISD. School assignments depend on your exact address — check the AISD attendance-zone lookup or ask us when you visit and we'll point you to it.
Game days
Cowboys and Rangers traffic runs west of us on 360 and Collins — Abram St stays passable, and you're close enough to work stadium events without living in the middle of them.
